The continuous molding production lines equipment can produce the tubes & pipes with outsider diameter from 6mm to 1016mm, the wall thickness from 0.5mm to 16mm and the length from 3000mm to 12000mm. The production line unit of DN1000, whose wall thickness reaches 16mm, is the first equipment at home and abroad. The single molding production process equipment can produce the tubes & pipes with outer diameter from 273mm to 3000mmm, wall thickness from 3mm to 60mm and length from 1500mm to 12000mm. The production equipment fully meet the requirements of product standards.Our annual production capacity is 60,000 tons.Production quality control and products conform to the standards. The company has perfect quality control methods including ISO9001 Quality Management System, Manufacture License of Special Equipment People' s Republic of China (TS certificate of Class A and B) audited and certified by the State Administration for Marketing Regulation, and corresponding test certification report, Material Safety Certification (PED) audited and certified by TUV in Germany and related production qualification certification. A complete physical and chemical testing center has been established to test physical and chemical composition of raw material, products in process and finished products.
